  Inside the room was great, beds were comfortable. Unfortunately I was on the first floor behind reception and right beside the storage closet. I heard all the luggage wheels across the uneven tiles, the bagging and clattering getting the storage closet open and supplies out. If you end up on the first floor be prepared to hear all footsteps and movement from the people upstairs.

  Very friendly and accommodating staff. Arrived very early and they had my suite available within an hour. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast is nice. The best accommodations I've had on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland.

  But with all of that, the opposite can be said about the staff, they are wonderful and kind and very helpful.

  Cozy ,clean quite very pleasant staff !!Would love it if there was a restaurant though but can't have it all.

  Great reception upon arrival. Very easy to book a room by phone on our way in to town. Book as soon as possible, as the place is stunning, bright, well appointed, and convenient. Breakfast included, which is great, and comes with a kitchen, so uou can do your own lunches and dinners. Shopping close by, and right on the harbour.

  Place was clean, decent kitchenette, we only used the fridge. Problem is noise. It's like it's made of paper. Between the kids screaming up and down the hall and the people above us seemingly playing 'who can roll their suitcase the fastest', it was hard to enjoy any silence
